"Your Sous Chef" was established in 2014 on the basis of offering a one of a kind service with amazing food. Too many times in my career have I been told: "It isn't personal it's business." So not only are we professional but we are personal and invested in each and every client we cook for.
With experience in a multitude of cuisines our chef is confident he can provide anything you need to a standard that will exceed expectations. We take the time to really understand what you are looking for all while advising and designing a menu and event that will have people talking for a long time to come. The best part about it is that you get to enjoy the event too and have the confidence that we will take care of business.
It is also important to us to use responsibly raised, organic natural products and when possible locally sourced. This helps us maintain our high standards and be environmentally friendly.
We are based in the Inland Empire Ca, and travel all over providing our services.

Sharing my knowledge with others is one of the most rewarding parts of my job. It doesn't matter if it s a group or individually I will work with you to put together a lesson that is unique to what you want to learn. I know it will be an awesome time.
Hello I am chef Daniel, owner and operator of "Your Sous Chef". I was born and raised in Southern California although for a large chunk of my adult life I've moved around to different states and countries. I served my country as an aero space ground equipment technician in the Airforce for 7 years reaching the rank of staff sergeant.
From there I attended the "California Culinary Academy" in San Francisco in 2005 graduating and moving to Las Vegas to start my culinary adventures working in establishments such as "Roy's Hawaiian Fusion" restaurant and the Wynn hotel. First at the "Country Club Steak House" on the golf course then at "Alex" the Wynn's 5star 5 diamond (2 Michelin star) restaurant.
In 2008 my wife and I expecting our first child moved to her home country of England and lived for 5 years. In those 5 years I worked in various restaurants and Gastro Pubs with a variety of talented chefs. In 2013 we returned to the US where I helped open "The Ace Hotel" in Downtown LA as a sous chef. While working at the Ace I started "Your Sous Chef" in 2014 and took it full time in 2016.
I always had the desire to be a private chef/caterer. It appealed to me to be my own boss but more so to be able to work so closely with clients and as I like to say have a professionally personal relationship. I allowed "Your Sous Chef" to grow naturally, never rushing or taking on too much business that I couldn't handle. Always ensuring I was able to keep my high standards and quality. Because of this I am confident we can provide any type of service you need.
