     Why did I call myself "Your Sous Chef" and not "Your Head Chef"? A Sous Chef supports the head chef and ensures their visions and standards are being met. The Sous Chef is their right hand man. They are dedicated, strong leaders and team players, advising the Head chef when needed and playing  an essential part of their success. I am "Your Sous Chef", these events are yours. Let me help you to realize your vision and be confident in its success so you can relax and enjoy. 



Such an amazing experience last night for my husbands 60th birthday.  My daughter found Daniel and he was able to accommodate our dinner party on short notice.  He and his staff were so professional, kind and efficient.  The braised beef and mashed sweet potatoes were delicious.  Last but certainly not least was the delicious bread pudding which is my husbands favorite dessert.  The evening was a tremendous success and I highly recommend daniel and his wonderful staff. The evening was truly stress free and my kitchen was spotless.  Thank you for making it such a memorable evening.
